About Meg Sinervo

Director of Resource Development

Meg Sinervo is a Mississippi native, born and raised in Oxford. She received a bachelor’s degree from Auburn University in 2014 and a certificate of Culinary Arts from the Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts located in Austin, Texas in 2016. After culinary school, Meg moved back to Oxford to manage a catering company and serve as the General Manager for a locally owned restaurant. After working in hospitality for several years and collaborating with local nonprofit organizations, Meg discovered per passion for giving back. She left the hospitality industry to work with a scholarship program at the University of Mississippi and later, a nonprofit organization that honored service-minded individuals at 70 colleges and universities across the American South.

She recently joined the Meek Foundation as the Director of Resource Development and is excited to become actively engaged in the Charleston/East Tallahatchie County community.

Meg lives in Oxford with her boyfriend, Zak, and four dogs, Anderson, Woodford, Penelope, and Turtle She has two nephews, Harrison and Hayes, and is a member of the Oxford University United Methodist Church.
