Christiane Tristan
Creative Director
Christiane Tristan is originally from Dallas, Texas, and moved to Oxford in 2016 to attend the University of Mississippi. She followed in her mother’s footsteps, who also received degrees from the University.
Christiane obtained her Bachelor’s in General Studies with minors in English, Legal Studies and Disaster Sciences. After college, Christiane decided to remain in Oxford where she worked as the Catering Manager for a local catering company. She took her love for hospitality and later went to work for
Scuderia de Adamich as a Guest Hostess for their Ferrari driving school. After working in the hospitality industry, she decided she wanted to change her career path.
She recently joined the Foundation as the Creative Director and is thrilled to delve into the nonprofit world. She says her career goal is to be able to help people and give back to the community around her. She is excited to be involved in the Charleston community and hopes to aid in the revitalization of the
area and support of Tallahatchie County students through marketing, social media and storytelling. She is also participating in the Foundation scholarship committee.
Christiane lives in Oxford with her fiancé Austin, who she met at the University of Mississippi (they even got engaged under the Walk of Champions!) They have two dogs, Zola and Faulkner, and two cats, Atlas and Cilantro.
